We make every effort to ship your orders as quickly as possible.

⏱️ Preparation Times

Orders are prepared and shipped within 24 to 48 business hours (excluding weekends and public holidays).
During peak periods (launches, promotions, holidays), this timeframe may exceptionally be extended.

📦 Delivery Times

Once the order is shipped, delivery times depend entirely on the carrier selected at the time of purchase.
These times are provided for informational purposes and may vary depending on the destination and logistical context.

⚠️ Delivery Delays

Delays beyond our control may occur (strikes, weather conditions, carrier overload, logistical incidents, etc.).
👉 We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by carriers once the package has been handed over to them.

No refunds or returns can be made while the package is marked as in transit or delivered by the carrier.

📍 Address & Pickup Point

The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the delivery information provided (address, pickup point).
In case of an error, incorrect pickup point, or failure to collect the package within the allotted time, the re-shipping costs may be borne by the customer.

📩 Package Not Received

If your package is marked as delivered by the carrier but you have not received it, an investigation may be opened.
However, no refund will be issued without official confirmation from the carrier.
