Shipping Policy

Processing time: All orders are processed on the same day before 1 PM. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping fees and delivery estimates: The shipping fees for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer the following shipping options:

  • Standard delivery: 3 to 5 business days
  • Express delivery: 1 to 2 business days

Shipping Confirmation and Order Tracking: You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been shipped, containing your tracking number. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, duties, and taxes: Soyo Matcha is not responsible for customs duties and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages: Soyo Matcha is not responsible for products that are damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please keep all packaging materials and damaged items before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy: We currently do not ship outside of France.
